2025: A year of growth, focus, and co-creation for Clovr Labs
2025 was a defining year for Clovr Labs. We grew as a team, refined our work processes, and strengthened our collaboration with clients and within our teams. Our focus remained on developing secure, high-performance technology for a rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.
This year, we expanded our services and consolidated our expertise across cybersecurity, product development, and emerging tech. We rebranded and aligned our identity with the work we’ve been doing behind the scenes: strategic, reliable, and purpose-driven.
Everything we’ve achieved has been shaped by the people who make Clovr Labs what it is. From launching new ventures to scaling core infrastructure, every milestone reflects a culture of ownership, experimentation, and precision. Operations — Finding our home
This year, the Operations team helped bring Clovr’s hybrid culture into balance. While we value the flexibility of remote work, we also believe in the importance of being together in person.
In 2025, we opened our new office in Gràcia, Barcelona, a place where teams come together each quarter to align, plan, and reconnect. Over the year, Clovr team members traveled nearly 200,000 kilometers to attend ClovrCons. That’s five times around the Earth, just to spend meaningful time with one another!
Investing in how we work together, both online and offline, continues to be a core part of how we operate.
Platform — Building with trust and rhythm
Platform engineering requires more than clean code. It demands coordination, trust, and systems that adapt as teams grow.
In 2025, the Platform team focused on scaling our internal foundations. We evolved our infrastructure, welcomed new engineers, and continued refining our methods to support delivery across Clovr Labs. Our presence at events like PlatformCon and ObservabilityCon helped us stay sharp and aligned with the broader engineering community.
By solving complex problems, we’re enabling every team at Clovr to do its best work. That focus continues into 2026.
Innovation & Growth Lab — Turning validation into strategy
This year, the Innovation & Growth Lab formalized a new way of working. We moved from intuition to structured experimentation, using short validation cycles focused on real user feedback. Instead of building around assumptions, we tested each idea against the market early, often, and without attachment.
Through projects in fintech, crypto, Web3, and B2C services, we learned that speed without focus is a risk. This led to a sharper method: one problem at a time, one clear hypothesis, one fast iteration.
As a result, IGL closed the year with a replicable methodology and a growing portfolio of ventures. What started as an internal experiment is now a service we offer to partners. It’s structured, testable, and ready to scale.
ElenPAY — Scaling Lightning with clarity
ElenPAY closed 2025 with strong momentum. This was a year of team growth, new market strategies, and deeper partnerships across key sectors. We welcomed new collaborators aligned with our vision for scalable operations and continued refining our platform to meet the needs of merchants adopting Bitcoin Lightning payments.
The role of Lightning in enabling real-time, low-fee Bitcoin transactions has become increasingly clear. For many of our partners, it’s becoming essential for scaling digital payments.
Clovr Labs has been a key part of their journey. From technical support to cultural alignment, the team helped ElenPAY move fast without losing precision. As we look to 2026, we remain focused on delivering value, building responsibly, and strengthening our position as a trusted Lightning payments provider.
What we’re building toward
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re building on solid ground with a clear methodology, a culture of delivery, and a portfolio that reflects both ambition and execution.
Our focus will remain on strengthening our cybersecurity consulting services, software development, and scaling internal products that solve complex challenges in crypto, cybersecurity, and beyond. We’ll continue supporting ventures that emerge from our Innovation & Growth Lab, bringing structured experimentation to new ideas in fintech, crypto, and digital infrastructure.
Barcelona will remain a key hub for collaboration, with our office growing into a space for quarterly alignment and creative work across teams. We also plan to expand our presence in key markets where demand for secure, adaptive fintech solutions continues to rise.
Our mission stays the same: to make security and innovation work together clearly, practically, and at the pace our clients need.
