While we value the flexibility of remote work, we also believe in the importance of being together in person.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2025, we opened our new office in Gr\u00e0cia, Barcelona, a place where<strong> teams come together each quarter to align,<\/strong> plan, and reconnect. Over the year, Clovr team members traveled nearly 200,000 kilometers to attend ClovrCons. We moved from intuition to structured experimentation, using short validation cycles focused on real user feedback. Instead of building around assumptions, we tested each idea against the market early, often, and without attachment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through projects in <\/span><b>fintech, crypto, Web3, and B2C services<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we learned that speed without focus is a risk. This led to a sharper method: one problem at a time, one clear hypothesis, one fast iteration.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, IGL closed the year with a <\/span><b>replicable methodology and a growing portfolio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of ventures.
